These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any purchases made through LUMO Active. By accessing our website, creating an order or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

USING OUR WEBSITE

OUR PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, photographs and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.

Sizing and fit information is provided as guidance. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

Product availability is subject to change, and we cannot guarantee that an item shown on our website will remain available.

ORDERS

When you place an order with LUMO, you are offering to purchase the products in your order subject to these Terms.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable
• There has been an obvious pricing or product-description error
• Payment cannot be authorised
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
• We are unable to fulfil the order

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout where required.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where permitted by law.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

From time to time, LUMO may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
• Only one promotional code may be used per order
• Promotional codes cannot normally be applied retrospectively
• Promotions may have their own eligibility requirements or expiry dates

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions, provided this does not affect orders already validly placed under that promotion.

DELIVERY

Available delivery options, estimated timescales and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or on our Delivery page.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We want you to feel confident in your LUMO pieces.

As an additional LUMO service, eligible customers may request a size exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions in our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

LUMO store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Our voluntary 7-day exchange/store-credit policy does not replace or restrict your statutory consumer rights.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are purchasing online as a UK consumer, you will generally have a statutory right to cancel most eligible purchases within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without having to provide a reason. Legislation.gov.uk

After notifying us of your cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Legislation.gov.uk

Certain exceptions may apply under applicable law. For example, cancellation rights can cease for certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. Legislation.gov.uk

FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We take care to ensure every LUMO order reaches you as expected.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or different from what you ordered, please contact us at Hello@lumoactivewear.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Your rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods are governed by applicable consumer law and are not limited by our voluntary returns policy.

STORE CREDIT

Where store credit is issued by LUMO, it will generally be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

Store credit:

• Can be used towards eligible purchases through the LUMO website
• Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
• Must be redeemed before its stated expiry date

Store credit does not replace any refund or other remedy to which you are legally entitled.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the LUMO website, including our branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product designs, written content and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to LUMO unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or use our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

LUMO, our branding and associated creative assets may also be protected by intellectual-property rights.

SOCIAL MEDIA & USER CONTENT

If you tag LUMO, mention us or share photographs or videos featuring our products, we may contact you to ask for permission to repost or use that content.

Where permission is required, we will not treat tagging LUMO alone as granting unrestricted commercial usage rights.

Any agreed use may be subject to additional terms communicated to you.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These websites are operated independently of LUMO, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

These may include severe weather, transportation disruption, postal or courier disruption, technical failures, industrial action or other events that reasonably prevent us from performing our obligations.

Where an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with you where appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The version that applies to your purchase will generally be the version in effect when your order is placed.
